Seizures & Other Such Dilemmas...

Well, Isaac is having quite a night. His lactate has remained around 5.7 throughout this evening, most recently coming down to 4.0. His heartrate has continued to climb to the mid-190's, with O2 sats falling towards to 60's range. His blood pressure has also fluxed, high for a while & then dropping quite low. He is now on epinepherine to compensate. Around 10p, Isaac had an uninterruptable seizure, lasting roughly two minutes. After two doses of intervention meds, he was still having episodes of seizing. He just came back from having a CAT scan & we'll receive the final read tomorrow. Anti-seizure meds have been started & our boy is sleeping deeply now.

As you can see, his is still in quite a critical state. Lord, we ask you intervene & bring healing to our boy's small body. Bring him through this night once more. Our eyes remain fixed on You as You alone are the Great Physician.

Dear Jordan and Patience,
I am so sorry that this is happening once again. I am praying for wisdom for the medical staff, that peace surround both of you, and that God's healing hand touch Isaac's body. That you will know that people are holding you up before the Lord and that you can rest feeling a hedge of protection surrounding you.
We love you,
FL Mom

Jordan & Patience,

You have been given a wonderful gift. The gift of God's Love and God's time.

My prayer for a miracle is continued. My prayer for Isaac to be at peace is continued. I don't know all the medical terms, but God does. He knows which parts need healing.

Let Isaac be a wonder to the nurses and doctors once again. We all love you and admire the strength you possess. That strength comes from our Great Physician.

Continuing to pray for your precious son. Also praying for you as Mom and Dad too. Although I can't fully understand what you must be going through, I do know what its like to have a sick baby in the NICU. It's amazing how your story has spread now. There are a lot of people in the triangle and beyond praying for him!

I'm so saddened to hear of these recent setbacks. My prayers are with the three of you and for strength for all of you, especially your sweet little bundle of joy. I'm sure he's exhausted, but still fighting. I'm hoping God will put His healing hand on Isaac's body and work the miracle we're all praying for. You're all in my prayers.

Dear Jordan and Patience,

We are still here...with all the
other hundreds, no THOUSANDS of
people praying for Isaac and both of you. You already know that this planet is being TRANSFORMED by the amazing miracle of the body of Christ in prayer for your sweet son. I am deeply sad that it is a cost the three of you must pay, but God alone knows His plan and the fruit of it.
We thank you for your continued surrender to His will, for your astounding faith and example before us. We are CRYING OUT to
God to bring Isaac peace and perfect, miraculous health.
We love you,
-dell, steve, rushton and sam

Hi, It is Cindy Sampson from Seffner, Fl. again. I posted this yesterday but it apparently did not post. I wanted to tell you that as I attend the church in Riverview where Pastor Tim Wilson serves(former pastor of Bell Shoals, Calvary, Crosstown) I spoke to him personally this past Sunday and updated him on Isaac. He is praying for him and I've told Lynn Leino that he said for she and Gary to call him anytime. He remembers when Jordan was born! God Bless You! I've put Isaac on other prayer lists, too. We will spite Satan!

We are with you each step of the way! Your C3 family is praying!

May The Lord bless you and keep you.

May the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you.

May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God,
Be patient with me.

Lord Jesus Christ, you are patient with me
Show me how to be patient.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God
Have mercy on me.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God
Have pity on me and heal me.

Jesus Christ, Son of God
I give you thanks and praise

Gentle savior be near me now.

Jesus Christ, Son of God
Help me hear your voice.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley,
I fear no evil; for you are with me.

Lord Jesus Christ, I believe.
Help my unbelief.

You desire truth in the inward being;
therefore teach me wisdom in my secret heart.

Lord Jesus Christ, you humbled yourself for me (us)
Show me how to be humble for you.

Lord Jesus Christ, you are gentle with me,
Show me how to be gentle.

Lord Jesus Christ, you have forgiven me,
Help me to forgive.

Lord Jesus Christ, You are compassionate,
Show me how to be compassionate.

Lord Jesus Christ, be my light in the darkness

And heal me.

Dear Patience and Jordan...
It's about time I write because have been keeping up religiously with your blog. My heart goes out to you and Isaac. I can't tell you how many times I have wept in prayer for you and your little miracle.

It is so obvious by your steadfastness that you have tremendous faith and peace as you trust in our all-powerful God. I cannot even fathom (really) what you guys are going through…the roller-coaster of emotions and the mysteries that surround little Isaac.

May God bless you richly with peace, rest, joy and a continued sense of His presence and deep abiding love.
Sincerely, Pastor Charlie Albertell

I am so sorry to hear of the latest complications that your precious little boy is suffering with. I have been following your blogs, and even though I have never met any of you, I feel as if you are a part of my own family. Please know that you are being prayed for by complete strangers, and your little Isaac is touching lives all over this world. I can't even begin to comprehend what y'all are going through. Your testimony of faith is amazing, and I will continue to pray for God's most perfect and precious will to be done in your lives and in the life of your precious son. May God bless you and strengthen you as only He can do during difficult times. I really feel that the doctors and nurses at UNC Children's Hospital can't help but be changed people after being in the presence of the Lord that they are witnessing through your lives. My prayer is also that someone who needs the Lord will accept the Lord because of Baby Isaac.

Dear Jordan and Patience~

I knew you, only from seeing you on stage at C3. Both of you and Isaac became part of my prayers and are now part of my heart.
Throughout my days I lift each of you up to the Lord.
I ask that He hold you in His loving and caring arms and place His healing hands on your beautiful and amazing baby Isaac every minute of every day.

In Christ Love~

Dear Jordan and Patience,

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that little Isaac is not doing very well.

I pray to God everyday for Isaac's healing believing that he can heal him in an instant, but I also pray that his will be done. Isaac has come into this world with a purpose and you are seeing part of that now, he has touched so many people and so many people will come to know Christ because because of Isaac. You all are a great testimony of faith.

Now, I'm not sure on how to share this with you but unlike others, I do know exactly what you are going through. Back in October 26, 2006 my son Haniel was born with HPHS. He went through so much in such little time, but God is good. Haniel came to our lifes to change everything and to make us stronger in our faith in Christ. My son is no longer with us, he is now with our Lord Jesus Christ, my husband and I also put our son and faith in Jesus Christ, and man we learned that God works in mysterious ways and we don't always understand his ways, but we accept and we thank him everyday for the privilage of allowing us to be the parents of such a beautiful baby, our miracle baby as we would call him. God answered all of our prayers through our journey with Haniel! Like someone else said, God alone knows His plan and the fruit of it.

We are with all the way in thought and prayer.

God Bless You!
Dianett & Sam
