We're in labor!

Hey everyone, Jordan here with some exciting news! We're in labor at UNC hospital! The baby will be here shortly. As of midnight Patience is at 6cm and is drugged up on the epidural. We'll give all the details later but we just ask that you be in prayer for Isaac. They're a little concerned about his heart rate right now so they're watching it closely. We greatly appreciate all of your prayers. Thanks!

Patience and Jordan,
A few years ago my husband and I carried and gave birth to our full term daughter who was also pre-diagnosed with serious problems. I do understand what you guys are going through. While we knew God could heal her, we also knew that whatever happenend, He is still God and in control. After her birth we were faced with bigger problems than we anticipated and decisions we had never dreamed we'd face for our child. As scary as it is to have a baby in the NICU, you just never give up hope. Our hope today continues to be with the Lord even though our baby girl did not survive. Please know that we are praying for you and ISsac, for his doctors, and everyone who is a part of his care at the hospital. Take comfort in knowing that you are handpicked by God to be Issac's parents and He will see you through. We recently relocated from Maryland to Charlotte, North Carolina. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of help in anyway, or if you just need to talk. God's continued blessings to you and your family. Valerie: email samuelsvr@yahoo.com

I don't even know you but happened upon your story through mutual LU friends and my husband spoke at River Valley and met your sister...I am praying at this moment that God will show His power in an amazing way tonight and that you will know His sweet peace like you never have before.
We are lifting you, baby Isaac , and your family to the Father tonight.

Patience, Jordan (Chris too) for Isaac--the Singletons are lifting you all and your precious son up to our Lord. praying especially that you feel His presence with you, His arms around you, giving you calm and discernment as you face whatever decisions are necessary in Isaac's care. WE love you. Also, Valerie, who blogged earlier, is a dear friend of mine who established a ministry in MD for such a time as this, and is now in NC (she & I trained for the Preg Clinic together). I believe she can be a great support for you there, & means it when she says contact her. Beseeching our Father on Isaac's behalf... Nancy

Patience - I told you about my nephew and I asked my sister to read your blog and put baby Isaac on their prayer list, and she said that Jaydon's heart doctor was also Dr. Marty McCaffery!! He was awesome - I felt there was a reason we spoke as I passed your house on the way home Friday. If he was ever stationed at the San Diego Children's Hospital 5 or 6 years ago, then we are talking about the same Doctor. Prayin' for you all!!!

Jordan and Patience,

All of C3 are praying for you. Pastor Matt was in tears at service yesterday because he loves you both and he knows that God will provide the healing, care, and love that your family needs.

If there is anything you need, please just let us know.

John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

Patience, Jordan, and Baby Isaac-
Congratulations and Happy Birthday!!God is so good, always in control, and tremendously faithful! We are praying for the three of you, as well as the team of doctors and nurses caring for litte Isaac. We know that our God, in his infinite wisdom, knows every intricate detail of Isaac's body and pray that he lends a glimpse of that wisdom to the doctor's. There's no question that the Lord can use human hands to work toward His glory! Baby Isaac is in the best hands...God's!
Love,

You all have been in my thoughts and prayers all day long. Our family continues to pray for healing for Isaac and strength and peace for the two of you. I know from experience that God is still in the business of miraculous healings and I am believing that He has one in store for Isaac.
