The Touch Felt 'Round The World

Jordan & I eagerly await the day when we can tell Isaac of all God did in his life, of the people his journey has touched, & how far reaching his story has traveled. If you've been impacted by his story or follow this blog, we ask that you post your name, city, state &/or country following this post so that we can show Isaac one day of all the lives he's touched. Even if you usually don't leave any comments or don't want to put your name, please let us know if you've been following his journey by letting us know where you're from. USA, India, Guam, UK...it'll be amazing to see where his story has traveled!

I have read your entire blog today and I am touched by your story. I thought I had a difficult time becoming pregant and carrying a child to term, after 6 miscarriages we have a happy 10 year old.

May god continue to hold your little Isaac in his loving arms daily till he reaches his full potential in life. God has a plan for each of us and only he knows it. May his angels sing to Isaac each night before he takes a rest and each as you talk to him you are his angle singing to him.

God bless your little family and may he walk with you all thru this journey in your life.

I can not even begin to imagine the ways God is working in your lives. Throughout everything, you have showed so much strength. I know at times you want nothing more than to just break down and for the pain to end, but God has bigger plans (as you know). You have touched so many people. Isaac has had a greater impact on more people than most do in a lifetime. He is a beautiful baby and everything that he has brought to the world has only made it better. I can't imagine what you’re going through, but your strength is astounding. God Bless you and your lives immensely.

Jordan & Patience,

I just happened to stumble upon this blog today (August 17, 2007). As I started to read about your precious little boy, I realized this story was going to change my life. I cannot imagine the range of emotions you have felt in the last 18 or so months. Your faith in God and complete trust in Him is inspiring to me. I hope that you continue to find comfort and strength in Him and that your faith in Him continues to grow. If ever there was someone who could provide you with comfort and strength, it would be our most holy Father God. I pray that He will overwhelm you with His presence.

I am a friend of Gregory Johnson's and he shared your story with me. I am sitting in my study, my healthy 10 month old daughter sleeping just a few feet away, with tears streaming down my face as I read about the miraculous life of little Issac. In the short time he was here on earth he touched many. I know that you love and miss him but won't it be glorious when he greets you in heaven. I am reminded to pray thanks to God daily for the health of my daughter. Your story about the love offering was a testimony to the faithfulness of our Lord. Amazing! Thank you for sharing your story. Dear Patience and Jordan,

What a blessing it was to read your sweet comment on our blog. The true blessing from that was the fact that we were able to read your story and be touched by your faithfulness to God through this and by Isaac's life.

The pictures are so precious and we think that it is great that you have the blog as a type of journal to continually look back on to remember the gift that Isaac was and is to you and see how God has brought you closer to Him through all of this.

This truly is our prayer for you...that because of Isaac, you both will draw closer to God. Being parents ourselves, it is heartbreaking to think of all the sorrow you are experiencing, but praise God that this time on earth is a tiny speckle of time compared to the time we will share in Eternity with God in Heaven. Isaac is in God's presence with a perfect body worshipping our King of Kings...and one day we will be blessed to join them.

Please keep on posting...we look forward to seeing all that God has planned for you guys.

I am encouraged by your relationship with God. It is true that we can do nothing alone. He gave you the strength to keep going with Issac, He gave you peace, joy and love for this little man, He increased your faith in Him. What God puts in our lives to draw us to him (or others for that matter) is incredible.

My husband and I do family worship with our 2 kids (eli 5 and cora 7 months) about everynight. We read the same scripture at the beginning and one of the passages we read is:

Psalms 105

Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name;
make known among the nations what he has done.
Sing to him, sing praise to him;
tell of all his wonderful acts.
Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
Look to the Lord and his strength;
seek his face always.

I pray that God continues to comfort your hearts. What a great gift He gave you.

Thanks for sharing with us...
